1. Who we are

This website is run by Gupta Homoeo Pharmacy, a proprietorship of Gaurav Gupta, at A-9, Jitar Nagar, New Delhi, East Delhi, Delhi 110051 (GSTIN 07AHKPG1580C1ZO). Gupta Homoeo Pharmacy is the seller of every product on this website.

The products are of the 3G Globe brand, marketed by 3G Globe Pvt. Ltd. at the same address. Our homoeopathic tablets are made at Boericke Research Laboratory Pvt. Ltd. (boerickelabs.com (opens in a new tab)).

We sell through three stores: Homoeopathy, Plant Based Supplements and Cosmetics.

In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Gupta Homoeo Pharmacy, and "you" means anyone who uses this website or places an order. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Our Shipping & Delivery policy and our Returns, Refunds & Cancellation policy are part of them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we use your personal information.

2. Using this website

• You must be 18 or older to place an order.
• Give us accurate contact and delivery details. We are not responsible for delays caused by a wrong address or phone number.
• Do not misuse the website. Do not try to break its security, disrupt it, copy it in bulk or use it for anything unlawful.
• We may change, pause or withdraw any part of the website without notice.

3. Products

• Product descriptions repeat the claims printed on each pack's own label.
• Photographs show the pack, but pack designs can change. If the label on the pack you receive differs from this website, follow the label.
• Products marked "Coming soon" are not on sale yet and cannot be ordered.
• All products are subject to availability.

4. Health information

Please read this before you use any product.

• Product information on this website comes from the pack. It is not medical advice, a diagnosis or a prescription.
• Read the label before use and follow its directions. Do not take more than the stated dose.
• Talk to a qualified doctor or homoeopathic practitioner before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, take any other medicine or have a medical condition, and before giving any product to a child.
• Do not stop a treatment your doctor has prescribed without talking to them first.
• If a symptom continues or gets worse, see a doctor.
• If you have an allergic or any other unwanted reaction, stop using the product and seek medical advice.
• Keep all products out of the reach of children, and store them as the label says.
• Supplements are not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet.
• Cosmetics are for external use only. Keep them away from your eyes, and try a little on a small patch of skin before first use.
• Results vary from person to person. We do not promise any particular result.

5. Prices

• Prices are in Indian rupees (₹). Each price is the MRP printed on the pack, and it includes all taxes.
• We never charge more than the MRP for a product.
• Delivery is free on every order, anywhere in India. Cash on Delivery is free too — you pay only the price of what you order. The total is shown at checkout before you pay or confirm your order, and nothing is added afterwards.
• If a price on the website is wrong, we will tell you before we dispatch your order. You can then buy at the correct price, or cancel for a full refund.

6. Orders

• Your order is accepted when we confirm it. After you place an order on the website, we call you on the mobile number you gave to confirm it.
• You can also order through customer care. Before we accept a phone order, we tell you the price and how you can pay. Delivery is free.
• We may decline or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, a price or description was shown wrongly, we cannot deliver to your address, or we suspect fraud or misuse. If we do, we tell you and refund everything you paid.

7. Payment

• Cash on Delivery is available now. Online payment by card, UPI and net banking, through a payment gateway, is being added; these terms will name the gateway before it starts.
• With Cash on Delivery, you pay the delivery partner the total shown at checkout when your order arrives.
• If you see a payment to us that you do not recognise, contact us first. You can also raise a dispute with your bank or card issuer.
• We will never ask for your card PIN, CVV, OTP or UPI PIN.

8. Delivery, cancellation and returns

• Our Shipping & Delivery policy sets out where we deliver and how long it takes. Delivery is free.
• Our Returns, Refunds & Cancellation policy explains how to cancel, return an item and get a refund. In short: you can cancel free of charge until your order is dispatched, and you must report a damaged, defective, expired or wrong item within 48 hours of delivery, with a photo.
• Products become yours, and your responsibility, once they are delivered.

9. Our content

The text, photographs, designs, logos and product names on this website belong to 3G Globe Pvt. Ltd., to us, or to those who have licensed them. You may view and share pages for your own personal use. Do not copy or use them for any business purpose without our written permission.

10. Our responsibility

• We are responsible for the products we sell, as Indian law requires.
• We are not responsible for harm caused by using a product against its label, its directions or a doctor's advice.
• We are not responsible for losses we could not have foreseen, or for delays and failures caused by events outside our control, such as floods, strikes, epidemics, government orders or disruption to delivery networks.
• Where the law allows, our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
• Nothing in these terms takes away any right you have under Indian consumer law.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.

13. Law and disputes

• Indian law governs these terms.
• If something goes wrong, please contact customer care first. If we have not resolved your complaint, write to our Grievance Officer.
• Any dispute will be heard by the courts at New Delhi. This does not take away your right to take a complaint to a consumer commission.
