Shipping & Delivery

1. Where we deliver

Orders on this website are sold by Gupta Homoeo Pharmacy, and "we" and "us" in this policy mean Gupta Homoeo Pharmacy. Our Terms & Conditions give its details.

We deliver to addresses across India. When you order, give us your full address with its PIN code, and a phone number the delivery partner can reach you on.

2. 24-hour delivery in Delhi–NCR

• Every PIN code in Delhi–NCR — Delhi, Gurugram, Faridabad, Noida, Greater Noida and Ghaziabad — gets 24-hour delivery. Orders placed before 2 pm are delivered within 24 hours.
• Orders placed after 2 pm count as the next day's orders.
• An order is placed when you place it at checkout with Cash on Delivery.
• After you place an order on the website, we call you on the mobile number you gave to confirm it.
• You must be 18 or older to place an order.
• You can check your PIN code with the PIN code check on our home page, or call customer care.

3. Delivery everywhere else

• Outside the 24-hour area, orders usually arrive 3–7 working days after dispatch.
• Some remote areas can take longer.
• When your order is dispatched, we let you know, with tracking details where the delivery partner provides them.
• You can also ask customer care where your order is.

4. Delivery is free

• Delivery is free on every order, anywhere in India. Cash on Delivery is free too — you pay only the price of what you order.
• Product prices are the MRP printed on each pack, in rupees, and already include all taxes.
• Nothing is added after you order. With Cash on Delivery, you pay the total shown at checkout.

5. Paying for your order

• Cash on Delivery: you pay the delivery partner when your order arrives.
• Online payment by card, UPI and net banking, through a payment gateway, is being added. Until it is, every order is Cash on Delivery.
• Products marked "Coming soon" are not on sale yet and cannot be ordered.

6. When your parcel arrives

• Please check the parcel when you receive it.
• If it looks damaged or opened, take a photo before you open it, and tell us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Do not use a product whose seal is broken.
• Our Returns, Refunds & Cancellation policy explains what happens next.

7. Delays and missed deliveries

• Public holidays, severe weather, local restrictions and other events outside our control can delay a delivery. If your order will be late, we will tell you.
• If the delivery partner cannot reach you, they may try again.
• If a parcel comes back to us undelivered, we will contact you to arrange another delivery or a refund.

8. Changing your delivery address

Call customer care as soon as you can. We can usually change the address until your order is dispatched.
