1. Who we are

Gupta Homoeo Pharmacy ("we", "us"), a proprietorship of Gaurav Gupta, runs this website and sells the 3G Globe range on it. Our address is A-9, Jitar Nagar, New Delhi, East Delhi, Delhi 110051, and our GSTIN is 07AHKPG1580C1ZO. The products are marketed by 3G Globe Pvt. Ltd., at the same address.

This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use this website, place an order or contact customer care, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. We decide how your information is used, and we are responsible for it.

2. What we collect

When you order from us or contact us, you give us:

  • your name, phone number and email address
  • your delivery address and PIN code
  • what you order, and your order history with us
  • what you tell customer care, by phone or in writing
  • your bank account details or UPI ID, if you need a Cash on Delivery refund

When you use the website:

  • we collect device and usage information, such as your browser and device type, your IP address, and the pages you visit and when
  • your browser keeps your cart and a few notes about your visit on your device (see section 7)

From others:

  • Delivery partners tell us where your parcel is and when it was delivered.

You can choose not to give us your details, but without them we cannot take or deliver an order.

3. Why we use it

We use your information to:

  • take, pack and deliver your order, and take payment for it
  • keep you informed about your order and its delivery
  • handle cancellations, returns and refunds
  • answer your questions and complaints
  • keep the website working and secure, and prevent fraud
  • understand how the website is used, so we can improve it
  • keep the records that tax and accounting laws require, and respond to lawful requests from authorities
  • send you offers or news, only if you have agreed to receive them

We use your information to do what you asked, such as delivering an order or answering a question, and for the purposes above. For anything else, such as offers and news, we ask for your consent separately.

4. Health and financial information

Some information needs extra care. What you buy from our Homoeopathy and Plant Based Supplements stores can say something about your health. Bank details given for a refund are financial information.

We use this information only to fulfil and support your order and to meet our legal duties. We do not use it to make judgements about your health, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.

5. Who we share it with

We share only what each needs, and only for these reasons:

  • Delivery partners: your name, phone number and address, so they can deliver your order.
  • Service providers who help us run the business, such as website hosting, messaging and IT support, and our accountants and legal advisers. They may use your information only to do their work for us.
  • Government bodies, courts, police or regulators, when the law requires it.
  • A new owner, if all or part of our business is transferred. They must keep to this policy.

We never sell or rent your personal information.

Some service providers may store information on servers outside India. Wherever it is stored, we require it to be protected as this policy describes.

6. Payments

Orders on this website are paid by Cash on Delivery for now. Online payment through a payment gateway is being added, and this policy will name the gateway before it starts. We never store your card details.

We will never ask you for your card PIN, CVV, OTP or UPI PIN, by phone, message or email.

7. Cookies and browser storage

  • Your cart is saved in your browser, on your device, so it is still there when you come back.
  • The site also keeps small notes about your current visit, such as which messages you have already seen.
  • We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not track you across other websites. If we ever add analytics or advertising tools, we will update this policy first and ask for your consent where the law requires.
  • You can clear cookies and site storage in your browser's settings. Your cart will then be empty.

8. How we protect it

  • This website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection.
  • Only the people who need your details to process, deliver or support your order can see them.
  • Our service providers must keep your information secure and confidential.
  • No system is completely secure. If a breach affects your information, we will tell you and the authorities, as the law requires.

9. How long we keep it

  • Order, invoice and payment records: for as long as tax and accounting laws require.
  • Customer-care messages and complaints: for as long as we need them to resolve the matter and any follow-up.
  • Bank or UPI details given for a refund: used only for that refund.
  • Your consent to receive offers and news: until you withdraw it.
  • Website logs: for a limited time, for security.
  • Your cart: in your browser, until you clear it.

When we no longer need your information, we delete it or remove anything that identifies you.

10. Your rights

You can ask us to:

  • give you a summary of the personal information we hold about you, what we do with it, and who we have shared it with
  • correct, complete or update it
  • delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it or we still need it to complete your order

You can also:

  • withdraw your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it. This does not undo what we did before. Without some information, we may not be able to complete an order.
  • name someone to use these rights for you if you die or become unable to act for yourself
  • complain to our Grievance Officer (section 13). If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

To use any of these rights, write to our Grievance Officer or call customer care on 98913 33073. We may ask you to confirm who you are first.

11. Children

This website is meant for adults. You must be 18 or older to place an order. If you are buying for a child, you must be their parent or guardian, and we ask you to speak to a doctor first.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you think a child has given us information, write to us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed. If a change affects how we use information you have already given us, we will say so on this website and, where the law requires, ask for your consent again.
